Foundations Sober Living House Rules
All residents of Foundations Sober Living will adhere to the following House Rules at all times!
ABSOLUTELY NO DRUG OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION
___No acts of violence (physical or verbal), abusive behavior, or loud arguments.
___No stealing, fighting, or gambling.
___No visitors after 8pm – UNLESS IT IS YOUR SPONSOR. NO overnight visitors and no one is allowed in sleeping areas. All residents must return to their own house at 10:30 pm for curfew
___No sexual acts on the premises
___Residents must submit to random drug tests when requested by designated Managers of Foundations Sober Living.
___Room inspections may be performed at any time by house officers, management, and authorized employees of Foundations and or house owners.
___All residents will attend 5 AA or NA meetings per week for their first 90 days.
___No unapproved medications allowed on premises. No cold and flu meds or mouthwash containing alcohol and or
diet pills.
___Smoking in the houses is NOT permitted in the homes and may result in immediate expulsion.
___No weapons, explosives or fireworks
___When leaving the house turn off all ceiling fans, lights, TV’s, and radios. Lock all doors and windows. ** *Your personal belongings are not covered by insurance.***
___Your house/bedroom must be kept clean at all times. Make your bed upon awakening and keep your clothes, shoes, and toiletries organized. Clean up after yourself at all times. Be considerate of others you live with. Empty the garbage. No dishes in the sink over night.
___Attend any designated House Meetings that are deemed mandatory. Men’s house meeting will be every Monday
night @ 8:00 pm/ Women’s house meeting will be every Monday night @ 8:00
___Residents must get House Managers permission to stay out overnight. This requires you to have been a resident for
30 days and you will need to fill out a weekend pass form 1 week prior to date of pass.
___Residents must respect the anonymity of all other residents.
___ Curfew is as follows 10:30 pm for your first 30 days after that it will be moved till 11:30 pm at manager’s approval.
After completing your 4th & 5th step with a sponsor your curfew will be moved to 12:30 am
___ All residents must be respectful and considerate to all your surrounding neighbors.
___ Absolutely no men are allowed in women’s house’s except for Resident Manager of Foundations. Absolutely no
women allowed in men’s house’s except for Resident Manager of Foundations.
___All residents must have a sponsor and be working on the 12 steps within the first 2 weeks of residency.
___Breaking of any House Rules can and may be cause for immediate eviction at the discretion of Foundations Sober Living. Anyone expelled from the house will not be permitted to return to the premises for a minimum of 30 days or at the discretion of Foundations with the exception of picking up personal belongings. Belongings not picked up within 7 days will be donated to the charity of choice. Prepaid rent and security deposit will not be returned if a resident is expelled.
___. If you are not working or going to school you must be up by 9:00 am M-F and attending 2 meetings a day as well as volunteering and or attending IOP
___Absolutely no resident are allowed in Kava Bars or Hookah Bars this will result in immediate expulsion.
___Absolutely no bar of any kind this will result in immediate expulsion.
___If you get 2 weeks behind in rent, you will have to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS
Rules are subject to change at any time.
Any resident not following the House Rules can and may be subject to expulsion. The following consequences are based on minor infractions. More serious infractions may result in expulsion immediately. Management will deem level of infraction at management’s discretion.
Deposit & Administrative Fees:
A Deposit Fee of $200.00 is necessary in order to reserve a space. The $200 Deposit is refundable upon the completion of the terms of the Residential Lease, subject to any necessary cleaning charges and/or outstanding rent balances. The deposit is refundable solely at the discretion of Foundations Sober Living. In addition to the Deposit a non-refundable Administrative Fee of $100.00 is required by all new residents prior to taking residency. If the residents break any of the rules stated above, all monies are forfeited. If the residents decides to leave our program of their own decision all monies paid are forfeited. By making payments through our system you agree to these same terms & conditions.
Additional Rent:
All payments are applied first to any outstanding balances and then to any current amounts due. Rent is due on a weekly basis (i.e., from Friday to Friday) and is due on the Friday immediately preceding the following rental week. There are no partial refunds available for individuals leaving before the end of the rental week and/or prior to the full term of the rental agreement.
Client Funds:
The Client Funds Account is an additional service that Foundations Sober Living provides for our residents. All Payments for the Client Funds Account are subject to a convenience fee, which will be charged in addition to the amounts to be allocated to the individual clientis cash account. Any credits will be refunded upon the completion of the terms of the Residential Lease, subject to any necessary cleaning charges and/or outstanding rent balances.
Partial Refunds:
There are no partial refunds available for individuals leaving before the end of the rental week and/or prior to the full term of the resident lease agreement. If a resident leaves our facility of their own decision all monies paid to Foundations Sober Living will be forfeited. If a resident breaks the terms of their lease agreement including the House Rules, all monies paid to Foundations Sober Living will be forfeited. Any refunds made will be credited within 30 days electronically to the card or bank account from which they originated. A Refund Notification will be forwarded to the email address that the Registered User (Payee) entered during registration.
Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Terms:
All Internet transactions are final, and are not subject to reversal and/or cancellation. All Internet payment transactions are subject to a Convenience Fee equal to $15.00. This Convenience Fee is disclosed and included in the total payment amount prior to submission of your payment for approval. Note regarding "Save this information" and our "Express Checkout" feature: Foundations Sober Living will not have access to this information. Your bank account and/or card data is encrypted prior to authorization. In exchange, the secure gateway returns a "token" to this payment system which can then be resubmitted with future payments in place of more sensitive information. End-to-End Encryption coupled with Tokenization ensures your data is secure.
By submitting your payment for authorization, you acknowledge acceptance of the terms & conditions as stated herein.
